F. Larkin Fore has been practicing law for over forty years. He has successfully represented clients in matters involving a wide variety of legal issues, including business negotiations, business litigation, contract disputes, employment contracts and covenants not to compete, tax assessments, commercial transactions, acquisitions, estate planning, liquor licensing and alcoholic beverage law. Mr. Fore also has substantial trial and courtroom experience having conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts in various legal matters, including truck accident defense, personal injury, wrongful death, employment related matters, breach of contract and a host of business-related disputes. Mr. Fore has also participated in oral arguments on appellate matters, both before the Kentucky and Indiana appellate courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also experienced in handling matters before  administrative agencies, such as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the Kentucky Division of Unemployment, the Kentucky Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service.

Sarah M. Fore has been practicing civil litigation and business matters for over fifteen years. Ms. Fore has successfully represented clients in matters involving a wide variety of legal issues, including business negotiations, business litigation, contract disputes, employment contracts and covenants not to compete, commercial transactions, acquisitions, estate planning, liquor licensing and alcoholic beverage law. Ms. Fore also has substantial courtroom experience having conducted numerous hearings and participated at all levels of litigation in state and federal courts involving various legal matters, including truck accident defense, personal injury, wrongful death, employment related matters, breach of contract and a host of business-related disputes. She is also experienced in handling matters before administrative agencies, such as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the Kentucky Division of Unemployment and the Kentucky Property Tax Claims Commission.
